Moffatt & Nichol Announces Kimberle Marquardt as New Director of Human Resources
Long Beach, California <September 19, 2017> - Moffatt & Nichol happily announces the addition of Kimberle Marquardt, to our Corporate office in Long Beach, California. Mrs. Marquardt will serve as the firm’s new Director of Human Resources. In her role, she will ensure that the support provided to all Moffatt & Nichol employees is compliant, efficient, and aligned with the company’s strategy and culture.
Mrs. Marquardt brings over 25 years of Human Resource experience with specialized knowledge in global HR practice and compliance, compensation, HR systems, employee benefits and project management. She has experience in leading teams both domestically and internationally.
Prior to joining Moffatt & Nichol, Mrs. Marquardt spent 10 years with ASSA ABLOY and the HID Global Division. During her time, her responsibilities ranged from specializing in international Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems to leading the Human Resources function for the Americas Region and, most recently, providing project management support in the design and deployment of key HR initiatives to 47,000 employees in more than 70 countries.

Mrs. Marquardt received her B.S. from California Polytechnic University, Pomona and a M.B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources [SPHR] and holds the SCP certification issued by the Society for Human Resource Management.
