Moffatt & Nichol has been reselected as General Engineering Consultant (GEC) for Florida Department of Transportation, District Three (FDOT D3), serving Northwest Florida’s 16 counties over a five-year period.
Under this contract, Moffatt & Nichol will continue to provide a broad range of services that support transportation infrastructure development across the region. This includes design, project management, planning and environmental support, technical review services, landscape architecture, traffic engineering, and operations support. Additionally, the team will support emergency response efforts by providing damage assessments, cost estimating, and contract development to aid recovery.
Building on a proven track record of service, Moffatt & Nichol’s locally based team brings deep knowledge of the district’s unique transportation landscape. Over the past five years, the team has delivered critical infrastructure solutions that address capacity, efficiency, and resiliency.
