Andrew joins us with more than 15 years of construction management experience in the heavy/civil and marine construction industry. His work for international and U.S.-based projects includes port construction, cruise ship piers, and bridges. Andrew’s work to support his projects includes estimating, bid development, contract negotiation, claims settlement, and on-site management. Andrew will be providing construction management services to support the Georgia Ports Authority’s ongoing and future projects.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Science from Portland State University.
