Josh joins Moffatt & Nichol after 30 years with Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), where he served as a supervisory engineer and engineer over a career that included experience with Naval Sea Systems Command and NAVFAC, as well as private sector experience in development and applications engineering.

Josh received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Military Institute and went on to earn a master’s degree in civil and coastal engineering from Old Dominion University. He is licensed as a professional engineer in Virginia.
